You can then tap the button, which will control the Gemini manually. There are seven preset functions.
If your phone is dead, you may want to use this. Otherwise, why would you buy a Bluetooth toy if you’re not going to use Bluetooth?
So download the Lovense Remote app. If you have downloaded it, update it for the best results.

Now, let me talk about adjusting the clamps. You should see a screw on the Gemini’s outside.
Unscrew it clockwise using your dominant hand, and hold the clamp with your other hand.
Like the jaws of a beast, you should see the clamp open up. If you want it to be tighter, screw in the other way.
Finally, let’s briefly talk about troubleshooting. The biggest issue you will encounter is the toy being desynced from the app.
In recent years, Lovense has been great about its Bluetooth capabilities, but there are going to be times when the toy doesn’t want to sync.
In cases like these, you may need to reset your Bluetooth or desync the toy and resync.
If you are experiencing consistent issues, Lovense does have a 1-year warranty. All you need to do is contact their support team, and you should be able to trade in the Gemini for a new one.
I haven’t had to do this yet, so I am unsure of how easy this process is.
How To Clean Your Gemini
The Gemini is designed to withstand strong blasts of water. So all you need is some warm water and mild soap to clean it.
If you’re in a rush, you can also use misting toy cleaner. Just spray a bit on there, and it’s good to go.
With that said, the Gemini is not designed to be submerged, so avoid dunking it in water!
My Personal Experience
So that’s everything there is to know about the Gemini, what it does, and how to use it. So, what was my experience?
First, let’s talk about setting it up. I found adjusting the nipple clamps to be easy. I have butter fingers, and yet I managed to unscrew and adjust without much trouble.
Now, let’s talk about syncing the Gemini. It’s about the same as all Lovense toys. I managed to add the Gemini to the remote app fairly easily, and after that, it was simple to control.
But with any Bluetooth toy, there are times when it doesn’t sync well. As technology advances and Lovense continues updating its software, it’s becoming less frequent.
But there are still going to be times when it desyncs and ruins the mood.
The battery life is great. I love using nipple clamps, but I’m not going to be using them for hours and hours. So the time I used it gave me a full charge with full power.
Charging it was easy, too. However, sometimes those magnetic chargers don’t want to stick fully on the metal bits, which is frustrating.
Let’s talk about wearing them.
My nipples are in the middle when it comes to sensitivity. I’m not going to melt when someone prods my nipples one time, but I’m not so hardcore that I use alligators as nipple clamps.
As someone like this, I found the clamps to be very comfortable. Just the right amount of pressure for me. And again, it’s so easily adjustable.
What about the vibration itself? Some reviews have said they couldn’t feel the vibrations through the plastic.
I could feel it quite well, but I thought it would be stronger. Once I cranked it to the maximum, the intensity was pleasurable but also made me say “That’s it?”
As for the vibrations themselves, they can get high-pitched and a little buzzy. If you’re going to be discreet, you probably want to crank them to the lowest settings unless that bra is super padded!
That’s a little disappointing. And while comfortable to wear, that control panel is a bit bulky.
I didn’t need the necklace or bra strap, but for the sake of a review, I tried them on. Attaching them to the Gemini was easy, and they stayed on. So I had little complaints.
With all that said, would I recommend the Gemini? For newcomers, sure. But it does have some design flaws I hope the next model would fix.
It needs to be more intense, but quieter.
The control panel needs to be less heavy, too. If the Gemini 2.0 does these things, it will be a great nipple clamp. But as is, the Gemini is still fun. If you’re unsure, wait for a sale.
